Managing Partner – Development at Forum Investment Group

Rich Wilson serves as the Managing Partner of Development at Forum Investment Group since February 2017, overseeing multifamily development projects through all phases, including site selection, land acquisition, and collaboration with construction and asset management teams. Prior to this role, Rich held various leadership positions at Arcadia Land Company from 2007 to 2017, contributing to 16 development projects valued over $130 million. Earlier in Rich’s career, experience as a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer at HNTB involved managing urban design projects and engaging with community stakeholders. Rich holds a Master of City Planning with a specialization in Urban Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University.
