Molly Mattessich is the Managing Director of Project Delivery at Forum One. Molly has over ten years of experience in communications and online initiatives.
Molly started their career at the National Peace Corps Association as the Manager of Online Initiatives. In this role, they led the rebranding of the association website platform, Peace Corps Connect.org, and launched Africa Rural Connect, an innovative web platform to share and build better agribusiness plans to improve food security in sub-Saharan Africa, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
After their time at the National Peace Corps Association, Molly became the Director of Communications at VEGA - Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance. As the organization's first Director of Communications, Molly launched an overhaul of the communications and content management strategy, website, and brand. Molly also led the implementation of Salesforce, knowledge management initiatives, and worked with 23 Member Organizations on USAID-funded projects to share success stories and impact, including USAID's Farmer-to-Farmer program.
In their current role as Managing Director of Project Delivery at Forum One, Molly is responsible for leading a team of project managers and deliverables specialists who execute digital campaigns and website development projects for some of the world's biggest brands and nonprofits.
Molly Mattessich has a MA in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. Molly also has certification from ScrumAlliance as a Certified Scrummaster.
