Swagata Mitra has extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Deputy General Manager Operations at Forum Projects Pvt. Ltd. since December 2010, overseeing the daily operations of Forum Mall in Kolkata. Prior to this, Swagata held key roles at Touchpoint A Division of OAP India Pvt Ltd. as Manager - Business Development, and at Enkon Private Limited as Business Head - Infosign, where Swagata significantly grew annual billing from 80K to 20000K. Additional experience includes client servicing at DDB Mudra Group and sales representation at Apex Laboratories Pvt Ltd. Swagata holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Calcutta and completed higher secondary education in Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
