Astrid Saih

Astrid SAIH is an experienced professional with a strong background in asylum law and social support for refugees. Currently serving as a volunteer at Forum réfugiés since July 2022, Astrid engages in public outreach and helps in drafting legal aid requests. Previously, from October 2022 to October 2023, Astrid worked as a social worker at France terre d'asile, where responsibilities included assessing the needs of asylum seekers, assisting with individual interviews, and preparing clients for legal proceedings. Astrid has also held various legal roles, including drafting administrative appeals and legal documents at a law office and gaining administrative experience as an assistant at a local government office. Astrid SAIH has an extensive academic background with advanced degrees in international law and human rights from multiple institutions, including Université de Montréal and Université catholique de Lyon.
