Sebastian Barbarossa

Sebastian Barbarossa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles, currently serving as CFO and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at FORUM Servicios Financieros since January 2019, and as Gerente General at BBVA Holding Chile S.A. since March 2019. Previously, Sebastian held multiple positions at BBVA from June 2011 to December 2018, including Executive Director Strategy and M&A, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and Vice President of M&A, where responsibilities included identifying investment geographies and defining M&A transaction scopes. Sebastian commenced their career at BBVA Banco Frances, focusing on accounting and credit risk analysis from March 2007 to July 2011, and started in the finance field at INDUBROK S.A. as a Credit Risk Analyst from October 2004 to February 2007. Sebastian holds a CIIA from the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
