Carrie Mandak

Carrie Mandak is a consultant at Forum Solutions LLC. Carrie was previously at the University of Washington from May 2020 to June 2022, where they were the University of Washington Finance Transformation Business Process Lead - Grants. In this role, they led decision discussions on major system dispositions with multiple levels of stakeholders, led and prioritize multiple workstreams with direct reports and extended business and project team, identified and solved issues by connecting relevant stakeholders to work collaboratively, and project managed several design initiatives with internal team, external stakeholders and University leadership. Carrie also led the Policy working group for review and revision of existing policies, worked closely with and across all areas of project; technical, functional, OCM, communications, business owners, documented risks, issues and decisions in Jira and helped develop risk mitigation strategies, facilitated meetings with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and technical staff, provided routine status, issue, risk and change impact communications to UW Med/UWFT Program leadership, and coordinated work efforts and shared updates with other UW Med/UWFT PMs.

Carrie Mandak earned their Master's in Public Administration from Seattle University, Bachelor's of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington, Associate of Technical Arts from Olympic College, and Associate of Arts and Science from Olympic College.
