Tracy Kudrna

Tracy Kudrna is currently the Director at Forum Solutions LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Change Program Manager-Retail Client at Point B from July 2010 to April 2018. In this role, Tracy led the change planning for a large cross-functional program and identified stakeholder impacts by work stream. Tracy also created a change and communication plan for each impacted role type.

Tracy also has a certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in PMP.
