Payam Hakemivala

Payam Hakemivala is an experienced project leader with a strong background in facility management and project development. Currently serving as Projektledare at Fastighets AB Förvaltaren since July 2019, Payam has prior experience at Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University, where responsibilities included managing various construction projects. Additional roles include Projektassistent at Stockholm University and Research Officer at the University of Sunderland. Payam's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Northumbria University and advanced studies in societal building and architecture from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University.
