Josephine Bolander

Josephine Bolander is a skilled energy systems engineer with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the energy sector. Currently serving as Projektledare Elnät at Jämtkraft AB since September 2023, Josephine previously held leadership and consulting roles at AFRY from September 2020 to September 2023, focusing on local network preparation for new customer connections and microproduction. Josephine's professional development includes participating in the Accelerated Female Leader Development Programme and completing a master's thesis at Norrenergi AB, which analyzed the feasibility of converting electric heat pumps to steam systems.
