Christian Castro

Christian Castro serves as the Head of HR Operations for the Americas at FORVIA since January 2023, overseeing HR operations in manufacturing locations across the US, Mexico, and Brazil, managing a team to support a workforce of 1,500 employees, and driving organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Christian held various HR management positions at HELLA from March 2013 to February 2023, including leading HR for the launch of a new manufacturing plant in Mexico and implementing impactful HR strategies in the US. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Human Resources Analyst at Nissan Motor Corporation. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
