Delphine Fillot

Delphine Fillot serves as the Senior Vice President of Group Total Customer Satisfaction & Quality at FORVIA, focusing on enhancing quality and customer experience globally across 300 sites in over 40 countries since May 2023. Previous roles include chairperson of Hug Engineering, Vice President of Quality & Total Customer Satisfaction at Faurecia, and several leadership positions at GE Renewable Energy and GE Power Conversion, where Delphine drove initiatives in quality management, engineering operations, and customer satisfaction. Delphine's career began at Visteon Corporation as an Engineering Project Leader, with subsequent experience in lean manufacturing at Johnson Controls Automotive and Collins Aerospace. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITII - ENSAM and completion of the MDC Executive Management Development Course at Crotonville.
