Joy Fang

Joy FANG is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and internal control management. Currently serving as a Global Senior Learning and Development Manager, Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Group Internal Control Manager at FORVIA since November 2018, Joy leads a global internal control network across more than 30 countries, ensuring effective risk mitigation and process improvement. Previously, Joy held positions at Criteo as an Internal Control Coordinator, where quarterly SOX testing projects were managed, and at Plastic Omnium as a Business Process Auditor, conducting audits across 15 countries and improving operational efficiency. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Auditor at Deloitte, where financial audits were executed under different standards. Joy holds a degree from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
