Rachelle Abboud

Rachelle Abboud is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Group Talent Analytics, HR Tools & Process Manager at FORVIA since September 2021, after previous roles including Talent Development Manager and Group Operations HR Apprentice. Rachelle has extensive experience in creating HR reports and dashboards, conducting talent assessments, and supporting global talent calibration processes. Prior to FORVIA, Rachelle worked as a Client Success Manager at NEOBRAIN, focusing on jobs and skills management, HR digital solution deployment, and annual interview structures for various clients. Rachelle's background also includes serving as an Employment Program Officer at the World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation, where recruitment and vocational training initiatives were key responsibilities. Entrepreneurial experience includes owning Eduka Learning Center and a human resources internship at ALTEN BELGIUM. Rachelle holds a Master’s degree in Talent RH et Big Data from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, a Human Resources Professional Diploma from Haigazian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Lebanese University.
