Shilpa Ninan

Shilpa Ninan is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Talent and Organization Development Manager at FORVIA since May 2022, Shilpa oversees the Sales and Programs functions globally within the Business Group. Prior to this role, Shilpa was the Head HR for India at FCM Engineering and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Faurecia. Shilpa's career began at Carborundum Universal Limited as a Management Trainee in Human Resources, followed by a significant tenure at UL as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources Management from Alliance Business School, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Dr. G. R. Damodaran College of Science.
