Marcus Gutierrez is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer III at Forward Advantage since November 2019, Marcus has also held positions such as Technical Support Supervisor at McMillan Consulting and System Engineer Team Lead at Real-Time Information Services.
