Mackenzie Kagel

Mackenzie Kagel is a People and Culture/Operations Leader with diverse experience in talent management and learning and development. They served as a Senior Talent Partner at Pluralsight and contributed significantly to educational initiatives through Teach for America. Mackenzie also held key roles at New York Life Investment Management and New York Life Insurance Company, focusing on organizational development and employee training. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Urban Education and Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Penn State University.
