Amy Chastain

Amy Chastain is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at Forward Networks, Inc., since July 2023, Amy previously held the position of Director, People CoE at OneTrust from September 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing global compensation programs and benefits, overseeing a significant 401(k) plan, and integrating M&A processes. Prior roles featured directorial positions at Pindrop and AirWatch, focusing on benefits and compensation strategy, as well as key projects like HRIS implementations.
