Ben Delevante

Ben Delevante has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Ben began as a Volunteer at RefugeeOne, where they helped run after school programs for refugee children. In 2017, they also began working as a Server at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, where they interacted with customers to ensure they had a quality dining experience and served on the catering team at offsite locations. In 2018, they began working at Climb Nashville as a Youth Team Coach, Shift Leader and Front Desk Staff. In 2021, they joined IQTalent Partners, Inc. as an Associate and Senior Associate, providing recruiting, sourcing and research services. Ben also worked as an Associate at Junkdrop - Nashville, where they worked in a start-up environment and helped to furnish over 50 houses in the Nashville area. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Recruiter at Forward Networks, Inc.

Ben Delevante obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University between 2018 and 2020. Ben also received a Bachelors of Science certification from Vanderbilt University in August 2020.
