Patty Haggerty, SPHR

Patty Haggerty, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Patty began their career at Home Entry Services, Inc in 1996, where they worked as an HR Manager until 2010. In 2010, they joined Data Dimensions as an HR Generalist, and in 2015, they joined Forward Service Corporation as a Senior HR Generalist. At Forward Service Corporation, Patty held various roles, including HR Manager and Chief Human Resources Officer. Patty was responsible for employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and performance management. Patty also worked as an HR Manager at Forward Service Corporation and ABR Employment Services. Additionally, they participated in the Leadership Development Academy of Rock County as an Alumni Class of 2014, where they conducted a community project on awareness of St. Elizabeth Home. Overall, Patty Haggerty has a strong background in HR management and has held leadership positions in multiple organizations throughout their career.

Patty Haggerty, SPHR, has a strong educational background in Business Administration with a focus on HR. Patty obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an HR Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 2010 and 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Patty also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Patty obtained this certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
