Sara Jackson

Sara Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Sara is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Forward Service Corporation since September 2020 and ABR Employment Services since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Sara worked at American Family Insurance for over two decades. At American Family Insurance, they held various managerial positions including Infrastructure Strategy and Planning Manager from September 2016 to September 2020, Change and Configuration Management and Deployment Services Manager from September 1998 to September 2020, and Help Desk Team Manager from June 2000 to November 2009.

Sara Jackson received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Sara attended the university from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, Sara obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019 and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
