Laura Nedelcu is the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Forward Thinking Systems. Laura has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Forward Thinking Systems for 4 years. Prior to joining Forward Thinking Systems, Laura was the Director of Human Resources at Love & Quiches Gourmet for 9 years.

At Love & Quiches Gourmet, Laura was responsible for all Human Resources functions, including: Company metrics, compensation, benefits, employee relations, benefits management, training, recruitment and legal compliance. Laura interviewed, did background checks, drug tests and references for all new employees. Laura also designed and created a Human Resources Department and Company protocol. Laura created the Company Employee Manual, Exit Interview Process, Safety Committee, Employee Evaluation Procedure, Orientation Program, Employee Incentives and lowered Workers’ Compensation rates by 50%. Laura was also responsible for creating the First Aid Response Team. Laura designed and conducted all training. Laura managed 275+ employees on a weekly basis. Laura also created Job Descriptions, Metrics, HR Budget & Performance Standards, Benefits Administrator, COBRA, Workers’ Compensation & Disability issues.
