Darja Kalan Milinović, CMP has been in the professional world since 1982. Darja started their career at Lek d.d. in various positions. In 2007, they joined Lek/Sandoz, Novartis as a Travel & Events Category Manager. Two years later, they were promoted to Country Implementation Leader - Travel, Events. In 2013, they joined Steklarna Hrastnik d.o.o. as Head of Marketing and a Member of the Board. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at GP d.o.o. Darja has been a Certified Meeting Professional since 2011 while working freelance. In 2017, they joined Forward as a Business Consultant and also became an Owner at Anemos d.o.o.

Darja Kalan Milinović, CMP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Univerza v Mariboru. Darja then went on to receive their Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council in 2007-2008. During the same period, they also obtained an NLP Master Practicioner certification from Glotta Nova. In 2017-2020, they attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Theology for marital and family studies. Darja also attended the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Theology, but did not receive any degree or field of study.
