Eric Hofmann serves as Geschäftsführer at foryouandyourcustomers Wien, focusing on the development of individuals, teams, and organizations. With extensive experience in digitalization and e-commerce, Eric has held leadership roles in various projects ranging from startups to large international corporations. Eric also operates as an advisor and is engaged as a speaker, trainer, and coach in integral teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Eric is the Course Director for the E-Commerce Management diploma program at WIFI Vienna and the founder of spielendbesser.at, where innovative team potential is unlocked through LEGO Serious Play. Previous positions include CEO of Post E-commerce GmbH, Director of Marketing & E-Commerce at Peek & Cloppenburg, and key roles at Sony Music Entertainment.
