Heather Ribeiro

Heather Ribeiro is a dedicated philanthropy professional currently serving as a Philanthropy Officer at Fòs Feminista since May 2024. Prior to this role, Heather Ribeiro worked with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America for four years in various positions, including Specialist and Coordinator for Affiliate Resources and Leadership Engagement. Experience also includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Community Mainstreaming Associates and as an Eco Production Assistant at CBS Television Studios. Early career roles featured an internship with New York Women in Film & Television and a position as a Research Assistant at CUNY Brooklyn College, where cultural research focused on the Carnival in Brazil and Trinidad. Heather Ribeiro is pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in International Development at New York University, having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College.
