Daljit Banga

Daljit Banga is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing multi-plant operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for India and ASEAN at Foseco, a Foundry Division of Vesuvius, Daljit is responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive operations strategies that encompass safety, quality, delivery, cost, and personnel management. Previous roles include Director and Senior Plant Manager at Baker Hughes, where Daljit oversaw all functions related to valve manufacturing, and multiple leadership positions at General Electric, focusing on factory transformation and operational excellence. Daljit holds an Executive General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University.
