Heather Kovach

Heather Kovach is an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a strong background in managing safety programs across various industries. Currently serving as the EHS Manager at Foseco since May 2022, Heather previously held similar roles at Superior Roll Forming and A.J. Rose Manufacturing Co., where significant achievements included a 50% reduction in OSHA-recordable injuries and the implementation of a robust Lockout/Tagout program. Earlier in Heather's career, responsibilities included leading EHS initiatives at OM Group, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing office operations in the field of clinical and forensic psychology.
