Sophie Haasser

Sophie Haasser has a strong background in customer service and supply chain management. Sophie currently works at Hager Group as the Customer Services Director and Customer Care Leader, where they are responsible for the European customer service strategy and leads a team of 50 people. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Customer Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing a team of 80 employees. Sophie also has experience as the Supply Chain Director at SDE Strasbourg, where they led a team of 65 individuals and focused on process improvement. Sophie began their career at adidas group as the Head of Customer Service, managing a team of 26 people and overseeing various aspects of sales and order management. In addition, Sophie was a co-founder of Golden Groom.

Sophie Haasser completed their ESSEC BBA International Commerce and Management degree at ESSEC Business School from 1991 to 1995. In 1994, they also attended Middlesex University.
