Rob B.

Rob B. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Rob started their career at Sika in 2001 and held various roles across EMEA until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at BASF as the Sales & Market Development Manager and later as the Head of Construction Solutions for the Middle East, West Asia, CIS, and Africa regions. Since 2015, they have been with Fosroc, where they initially served as the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, including interim VP for North Asia. Rob then became the Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing, Technology & Operations, and was later appointed Deputy Group CEO. In 2024, they transitioned into the role of Group CEO at Fosroc.

Rob B. has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management from The University of Salford, which they completed from 2014 to 2015. Rob also pursued Executive Education in Corporate Finance & Strategy at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019. In 2022, Rob B. attended Imperial College London for Executive Education in the Mergers & Acquisitions Programme. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they studied Finance at Bayes Business School.
