Trish Ortiz-Daza

Trish’s passion is geriatric care. She focuses on providing quality of care by mindful of individual preferences and needs. She enjoys getting to know the people that she works with and believes in treating everyone like family.

Ms. Ortiz-Daza has been a nurse for over 15 years. She started as a unit nurse in long term care but her zeal and talent for nursing was recognized early in her career and after a short time she was promoted to a Resident Care Manager of Memory Care. Trish has worked in virtually every role in a skilled nursing facility. She is certified in infection prevention and has extensive experience in education, and developing systems to deliver the best outcome for the residents.
