Jack Pritchett, PHR, SHRM - CP

Jack Pritchett, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources management. Jack is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Mohawk Industries. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Southwind Building Products from January 2020 to October 2021, and also held the role of Department Manager from June 2019 to December 2019 in the same company. Jack was previously a Human Resources Manager at Scott Logistics Corp. from July 2018 to June 2019, and at Marketing Alliance Group from October 2017 to June 2018. Jack also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Marglen Industries from November 2006 to October 2017. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Beaulieu Group from April 2000 to November 2006. Jack gained significant leadership experience as the Vice President/General Manager at Crest Sample Company, Incorporated from March 1991 to April 2000. Jack began their career as a Sales Assistant at Marketing Services from October 1988 to March 1991.

Jack Pritchett, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1986 to 1988. Jack obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a field of study in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Jack attained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December of 2015. Jack also acquired the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January of the same year.
