Paul Medeiros

Paul Medeiros has 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Paul worked at Foss Manufacturing Company LLC from 1994 to present, serving as the Director of Process Engineering since 2007. In this role, they were responsible for continuous process improvement and innovative product development, focusing on cost reduction, design improvements, quality assurance, and customer process upgrade interaction. Paul also introduced a nano-particle with antimicrobial properties into the manufacturing process. Prior to this, Paul worked as an Automotive Nonwoven Product Development Engineer at the same company from 2001 to 2007, where they designed automotive interior products, obtained construction approval at Ford Motors, and improved the manufacturing of nonwoven carpets. Before joining Foss Manufacturing, Paul worked at Milliken & Company from 1976 to 1981, first as a Research Engineer and then as a Department Manager.
