Charlotte Kollatz Ott has been working as a Global HR Manager & Business Partner at FOSS since August 2013, where Charlotte is responsible for various departments including Sales & Marketing, Service, Digital Business, Finance, IT, and HR. Prior to this, Charlotte gained experience as an HR Consultant at Maersk Line and held positions in HR and recruitment at CareMatch ApS, Eniro, and Active Search 1998 A/S. Charlotte holds a Proceskonsulent (PKU) degree from Green Andersen and a cand.mag degree in Psychology and Education Studies from Roskilde Universitet.
