Helle Henriksen possesses extensive experience in training, development, and project management within the pharmaceutical and service industries. At Novo Nordisk, from November 2015 to December 2018, Helle served in various roles including Corporate Process Expert for Training, HR Development Consultant, and Project Manager, focusing on optimizing global training processes, designing competency programs, and overseeing teams in the development and validation of pharmaceutical processes. Currently, as the Head of Service Academy at FOSS since January 2019, Helle is tasked with establishing a new academy function while enhancing customer experience and service business efficiency globally. Helle holds a Master of Management Degree from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the Technical University of Denmark.
