Tom Carlsen

Tom Carlsen has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within production, supply chain, new product introduction, and research & development services. Tom has held positions such as Director of Operations at Zensys A/S, Director of Production & Supply Chain at FOSS, and Program Manager at Olicom A/S. Tom also has experience as a Program Manager at Zoma Electronic A/S and as a Customer Program Manager at Intel Denmark.

Tom Carlsen attended Næstved Teknisk Skole from 1988 to 1990, where they earned a HTX degree in Elektronik. Tom then went on to Teknisk Skole Frederiksberg from 1990 to 1992, obtaining a BS in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Tom also studied Project Management at Mannaz until 2009. More recently, they completed Black Belt and Green Belt programs in Lean at Lean Akademiet, with an expected graduation year of 2022.
