Julián Fernández Barcellona

Julián Fernández Barcellona is the CEO and Co-Founder of FOSSA Systems. Prior to FOSSA, Julián was the CEO of Pandion Orbital and Citadel Space Systems. Julián has also been self-employed as a consultant in the space industry.

Julián Fernández Barcellona has a Bachelor's in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, a U.S. High School Diploma from Academica International Studies, a Spanish Baccalaureate of Sciences from Colegio Alarcón, and certification from the Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital in Harmonised Amateur Radio Examination Certificate (HAREC). Julián also has certification from Cambridge Assessment English in CAE Certificate of Proficiency level in English (CPE C2) and from IEEE in IEEE Member.
