Yonas Beshawred

Yonas Beshawred is currently the Head of Product at FOSSA, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Yonas served as the Founder and CEO of StackShare from November 2014 to August 2024, leading a tech stack intelligence platform and community that supports over 1 million developers. Additionally, Yonas has been a Founding Member of the Board of Trustees for Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance since March 2008. Other professional experiences include roles in product design and marketing at SlidePay from May 2012 to January 2013 and as a Business Analyst in Strategy Consulting at Accenture from February 2010 to August 2011. Yonas holds an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland, where studies commenced in 2011, and a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completed in 2009.
