Aji Tom

Aji Tom has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Project Trainee at Raymond Limited and Titan Company Limited. In 1998, they joined INDUS MOTORS CO. LTD. as an Asst. Manager - Personnel & Admin. From 2000 to 2002, Aji worked as a Sr. Executive - Human Resources at AVT McCormick Ingredients. Aji then joined MAS Active - Intimate Clothing in 2004 as the Head - HR & Admin, where they were responsible for setting up and heading the HR department. In 2009, Aji became the General Manager - HR at UniverCell Telecommunications India Pvt. Ltd. until 2014. Aji then moved on to KONE, where they held the position of General Manager - Talent Management and Acquisition until 2023. Most recently, Aji Tom joined Fossil Group, Inc. as the Director of HR in 2023.

Aji Tom completed an MSc in Decision Sciences at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2002 to 2003. In 1995 to 1997, Aji obtained an MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued an EGMP in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
