Darren Hart

Darren Hart is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fossil Group.

Previously, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Bath & Body Works from January 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Limited Brands from January 2005 to December 2007.

Before joining Limited Brands, Darren Hart was the Director of Leadership and Organization Development at Victoria's Secret from January 2001 to December 2005. From January 1998 to December 2001, they were the Vice President of People Strategy at BearCom. And prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at PDI Ninth House from January 1995 to December 1998.

Darren Hart started their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento. Darren then furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University.
