Salina Chan

Salina Chan, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development and Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific region at Fossil Group, Inc. since 2015. Prior to this role, Salina held significant positions in various organizations, including Head of Learning & Development at A.S. Watson Group from 2012 to 2015, and Director of Training and Development at FANCL from 2008 to 2012. Other notable experiences include serving as Senior Training and Development Manager at Maxim’s Caterers Limited and as Senior Operations Manager at FANCL. Salina began a career in organization development as Assistant Manager at AIG from 1997 to 2003. Salina's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto, a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from Tarlac State University, and a Master in Science in Training & Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester.
