Kara Devita

Kara DeVita is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and community engagement. Currently serving as President and Executive Director of the Fossil Foundation, Kara spearheads initiatives aimed at empowering the rising generation through innovative partnerships. In addition to leading the Fossil Foundation, Kara holds the position of Sr. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fossil Group, Inc., where focus on executing the company's ESG strategy and global community impact is paramount. Previous roles at AT&T include Director of Community Programs and Associate Director of Employee Programs, providing a solid foundation in social impact leadership. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Texas Tech University.
