Alisha Persaud, LPC, has extensive experience in behavioral health and counseling, currently serving as a Case Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health since August 2015 and a Clinician at Midwest Foster Care and Adoption Association since April 2015. Previously, Alisha worked as a School Therapist at Crittenton Children's Center, focusing on trauma-informed therapy for preschool children, along with training staff and parents using the ARC framework. Alisha's background includes roles as a Substance Abuse Therapist, Therapeutic Case Manager, Counselor, Recovery Room Paraprofessional, Clinical Intern, Social Work Intern, and Behavior Specialist across various organizations.
