Nicola Duggins started their work experience in 2004 as a Senior Care Manager at Helping Hands Homecare. Nicola then moved on to work at Talent Recruitment in 2006, where they held the role of Senior Consultant MREC until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Branch Manager (AIRP) at Talent Recruitment. In 2012, they joined Core Resourcing as a Senior Consultant - Polaris. Nicola worked there until 2014 when they joined Foster Care Associates as the Regional Office Manager. In 2021, Nicola transitioned to the role of Business Support Manager at Foster Care Associates.

Nicola Duggins has a diverse education history. In 1989, they attended St Augustines Roman Catholic High School and completed their GCSE education, achieving 9 passes with a grade of C and above. Nicola then attended NEW College - Redditch/Bromsgrove from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued A Level qualifications in English and History.

In 2004, Nicola pursued a Diploma in NVQ Level 5 RMA Social Care, which they completed in 2005. Nicola furthered their education in 2007 by undertaking the MREC Cert RP, focusing on recruitment professional studies.

Later in their education journey, Nicola completed a distance learning course in Counselling & Psychotherapy Level 4 in 2014, offered by the Distance Learning College.

Most recently, in 2021, they began pursuing a Foundation Degree in Business and Operational Management at Heart of Worcestershire College, where they are currently enrolled.
