Andrew Brozyna

Andrew Brozyna is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in public works administration and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Public Works and City/District Engineer for the City of Foster City since June 2023, Andrew has previously held significant roles such as Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Berkeley and Public Works Director/City Engineer for the City of Hermosa Beach. With expertise spanning various functions including capital improvement programs, construction management, and environmental services, Andrew has contributed to numerous municipalities including the City of Calabasas, City of Milpitas, City of Ventura, and City of Santa Barbara. Andrew holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from San José State University.
