Larry Johnson

President, Foster Distribution at Foster Corporation

Larry Johnson has over 30 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Larry is currently the President of Foster Distribution at Foster Corporation since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Foster Corporation starting from May 2015.

Before joining Foster Corporation, Larry worked at Star Thermoplastic Alloys & Rubbers, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Business Development from June 2014 to April 2015. Larry also served as the Senior Vice President at VCS2, a B2B marketing firm, from May 2013 to May 2014, focusing on upstream marketing activities.

Larry's experience includes a role as the Global Director of Healthcare Marketing at PolyOne Corporation from September 2007 to May 2013. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales/Marketing at Foster Corporation from May 2002 to August 2007.

Earlier in their career, Larry held positions such as Marketing/Customer Service Manager at Deerfield Urethane, A Bayer Company from February 1999 to March 2002, and Healthcare Account Manager at Ticona Technical Polymers from May 1998 to February 1999. Larry also worked as a Field Market Development Manager and Account Manager at BFGoodrich from November 1992 to May 1998, where they were responsible for business/application development activities in the textile industry.

Larry started their career as a Principal at Healthscope in June 1992 and worked as a Field Market Development Specialist at Atochem from May 1990 to June 1992.

Throughout their career, Larry has gained extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, polymers, and marketing.

Larry Johnson has a diverse education history. In 1974, they began their undergraduate studies at Wright State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Larry successfully completed their studies in 1979. Later, in 1983, Larry went back to Wright State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they obtained in 1985. Lastly, in 2005, they attended The Wharton School to further enhance their skills in the field of Pharmaceutical & Biotech and obtained a Certificate in Professional Development (CPD).
