Don Hill

Don Hill currently serves as the Director of Environmental Affairs at Foster Farms since February 2023. Prior to this role, Don was employed at Tyson Foods for over eleven years, where significant contributions included overseeing 22 prepared foods facilities as a Senior Area Environmental Manager, and previously managing multiple environmental compliance programs as a Complex Environmental Manager. Don's career also includes experience at Circle Foods, LLC, where leadership in the construction of a $32 million manufacturing plant was demonstrated, as well as a role at Delimex overseeing maintenance and environmental functions. Don's professional background is complemented by military experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Mechanical Systems with the US Navy and academic credentials, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
