Milt Rowland

Milt Rowland is an attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, public records, commercial law, and constitutional litigation. Milt serves as of counsel at Foster Pepper PLLC and runs their own law office. In addition to their legal career, Rowland has been an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University School of Law and University of Idaho College of Law. Milt previously worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Spokane and as an Associate at Paine, Hamblen Law Firm.
