Mark Broady Cmi Ieng Miet

Mark Broady has over 35 years of experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Mark is currently the Head of Quality at Foster+Freeman Forensic Science Innovation, where they lead the Quality Department and implements effective processes and procedures. Prior to this, they worked as the SHEQ Manager at the same company, responsible for developing and improving processes related to health, safety, and environmental quality.

Before joining Foster+Freeman, Mark was the Managing Director of Kessford Consulting Limited for four years, where they oversaw the overall operations of the company. Mark also served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Bushell & Meadows, responsible for implementing quality assurance strategies and maintaining the company's quality management system.

Additionally, Mark has experience working in the defense sector as an Engineering Manager at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S), where they were responsible for planning, documenting, and assuring engineering processes for a Tri-Service project. Mark also worked at Babcock International Group as an Engineering Services Manager, overseeing the delivery of engineering services and maintaining quality standards.
