Andrew H. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and service delivery, currently serving as Head of IT Service Delivery at Foster + Partners since January 2023. Andrew's prior roles at Zurich Insurance include Program Development & Governance Specialist, where leadership of an Enterprise Information Governance and Security Program was key, as well as Global Head of Workforce User Experience, overseeing global user experience strategies. Andrew also held several senior positions at General Motors Europe, including Ad Interim Head of GM Europe Infrastructure & Operations and IT Director for Hosting & Compute Services, managing substantial budgets and large teams. Andrew's career began at Ford Motor Company, advancing through various IT roles, achieving senior management status. Andrew holds a BSC Honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics & Computing from Northumbria University.
