Currently serving as the HCM – Organizational Strategy & Change Management Program Manager at FosterThomas since January 2003, Liz provides custom training solutions and consults on change management. In parallel, Liz holds the position of Change Management Lead at Spencer Thomas Group from August 2019, focusing on global HRIS software transformations. As a Lead Instructional Design Consultant for SAP since 2016, Liz manages various eLearning projects, ensuring timely delivery and course redesign. Previous roles include consulting for JONES LANG LA SALLE and AT&T, where Liz developed training and communication plans and redesigned curricula. A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Roosevelt University, complemented by a minor in Public Relations, enhances Liz's expertise in media and communication strategies.
