Brian Casagrande

Brian Casagrande is a seasoned professional in urban and regional planning with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Partner and Manager of Development Planning at Fotenn Planning + Design since August 2003, Brian has played a key role in shaping development projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Environmental Planner at the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority from September 2001 to August 2003, where Brian focused on the review and approval of development applications in accordance with conservation regulations. Earlier in Brian's career, a position as an Urban Planner at the City of New Smyrna Beach involved reviewing development applications and creating municipal planning policies. Brian holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1991 and 1995.
